Payment for the goods
Payment for the goods is made on our website through the plata by mono payment system.
In our online store, you can choose any payment method convenient for you:
• Cash on delivery with a prepayment of 300 UAH
• Full payment
Only after the payment is made, the manager receives information about your order, processes it, and prepares it for future shipment.
Delivery of goods
Delivery of goods in Ukraine is carried out only by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
Shipping takes 4–7 business days from the timethe order is confirmed.
If the order processing time is extended, the Customer Support Manager will notify you. In case of pre-order, the Customer Support Manager will provide an estimated date of order availability.
The storage period of parcels at Nova Poshta is 7 days, after which they will be automatically returned (according to the agreement with Nova Poshta). The cost of delivery is formed by the carrier and paid by the client upon receipt of the order. It depends on the payment method chosen and the parcel received.
International delivery
We deliver orders all over the world, except for the Russian Federation and Belarus. You can pay for your order through the plata by mono. payment service directly to a Ukrainian bank account.
We ship by Nova Poshta LLC. The usual delivery time is 10-21 days, however, due to the martial law in Ukraine, the delivery time may vary and, unfortunately, we cannot influence this in any way.
